# Setup Guide

> This guide is split into easy step-by-step sections for a smooth and successful setup.

  <Step title="Getting Started">
    ## Disable Windows Defender

    <Card title="Why is this needed?" icon="shield">
      Antivirus often flags game cheats as suspicious because they inject code or modify games to enable features like aimbot or ESP. This is normal behavior for all cheat software - not a sign that Noble Cheats is unsafe.
    </Card>

    1. Open Windows Security
    2. Go to **Virus & threat protection** > **Manage settings**
    3. Turn off all protection settings:

    4. Go to **App & browser control** > **Exploit protection settings**
    5. Select **"off by default"** for each option

    6. Go to **App & browser control** > **Reputation-based protection settings**
    7. Turn off all options

    8. Go to **Device security** > **Core isolation**
    9. Turn off **Memory integrity**

    ### Using DControl

    If Windows Defender keeps re-enabling, use DControl:

    1. Download [WinRar](https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?\&L=0) and install it. *(Needed to extract archives)*
    2. Download [DControl](https://www.sordum.org/files/downloads.php?st-defender-control)
    3. Extract the .rar archive with password **"sordum"**
    4. Open DControl then press **"Disable Windows Defender"**

  <Step title="Downloading the Cheat">
    ## Cheat Loader Download

    1. Head over to [https://sapphirer6.cc/account](https://sapphirer6.cc/account)
    2. Sign in with the credentials you received via email or customer panel<br />- format `KEY:USERNAME:PASSWORD`
    3. Then go to [https://sapphirer6.cc/dashboard](https://sapphirer6.cc/dashboard)
    4. Download and run the loader file.
    5. Wait while the installer completes the setup process.
    6. When finished, you should see a message similar to:
       ```text theme={null}
       Sapphire Installer
       100% Loader installed at:
       C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Sapphire\loader.exe
       Press Enter to exit.
       ```
    7. Press **Enter** to close the installer

  <Step title="Injecting the Cheat">
    ## Loading/Injecting

    Read the loader carefully before continuing.

    <br />Navigate to the installation location by pressing **Windows Key + R** and pasting the following directory:<br />`%localappdata%/sapphire`

    Open:<br />`loader.exe`<br />When prompted, paste your key into the loader.

    Wait for the payload download process to complete.

## Common Errors

  <Accordion title="Loader Connection Issues?">
    1. Download: [Cloudflare Warp](https://one.one.one.one/)
    2. Connect to Warp then try to launch the loader!

  <Accordion title="Skins Are Not Saving After Restarting With Unlock All">
    If your skins reset after restarting the game, this is usually caused by Ubisoft Connect's automatic cloud save synchronization.

    #### Fix

    1. Open **Ubisoft Connect**.
    2. Click your profile name in the top-right corner.
    3. Go to **Settings**.
    4. Disable:

    ```text theme={null}
    Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games
    ```

    5. Restart **Rainbow Six Siege**.
    6. Select the skins you want to use.
    7. Enter any match (**Online or LAN both work**).

    This will force the local save file to update.

    #### Online Save Data Error

    When launching the game, you may see an:

    ```text theme={null}
    Online Save Data Error
    ```

    If this appears, select:

    ```text theme={null}
    Use Local Save Data
    ```

  <Accordion title="&#x22;No Response From Server&#x22; Error">
    This error can happen for several reasons. Try the following fixes:

    * Disable your firewall temporarily.
    * Make sure your **Date & Time settings are synchronized**.

    #### Connection Troubleshooting Steps

    Before opening a support ticket, try the following:

    * Connect to **Cloudflare WARP**.
    * Ensure WARP is running in **UDP mode**.
    * Keep WARP connected while injecting.
    * Launch **Rainbow Six Siege**.
    * Wait until you reach the **main menu**.
    * Disconnect WARP.
    * Reconnect to the game servers.

    If successful, you should see:

    ```text theme={null}
    Welcome to Sapphire
    ```

  <Accordion title="Date & Time Synchronization">
    Make sure your system date and time are correct.

    To sync your time:

    * Open **Windows Settings**.
    * Go to:

    ```text theme={null}
    Time & Language → Date & Time
    ```

    1. Enable:

    ```text theme={null}
    Set time automatically
    ```

    1. Press:

    ```text theme={null}
    Sync now
    ```

    Having incorrect date and time settings can prevent the loader from connecting properly.

  <Accordion title="If you've launched the game and your skins aren't appearing, try the following:">
    Enable the **In-Game Overlay for Supported Games** in **Ubisoft Connect**, then restart the game and check if your skins are visible.

  <Accordion title="Generate a Support Log">
    If you've been asked to provide a support log, follow these steps:

    * Open **Command Prompt**.
    * Run the following command:

    ```text theme={null}
    "C:\Users\{LocalUser}\AppData\Local\Sapphire\loader.exe" --support-log
    ```

    > Replace `{LocalUser}` with your Windows username.

    * This command will generate a file named `Sapphire_Log` in your `%TEMP%` directory.

    If our support team requests it, attach and send the `Sapphire_Log` file so we can investigate the issue.
